Tekstar Solutions – Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in a course, program, or service offered by Tekstar Solutions LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“Student,” “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before making payment.

1. Services Provided

Tekstar Solutions provides IT training programs, consulting, real-time projects, internship opportunities, resume preparation, interview coaching, job marketing assistance, and related services. Course details, schedules, and materials are provided at enrollment and may vary by program.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments are final and non-refundable.

• By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

• If you withdraw, fail to attend, or are unsatisfied with the program, you are not entitled to a refund or credit.

3. Certification & Job Marketing Requirements

• Tekstar Solutions provides job marketing assistance only to students who have successfully completed their training and earned certifications from recognized industry vendors such as:

  • Microsoft

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)

  • CompTIA

  • Google Cloud

  • Other industry-approved, verifiable vendors.

• Students who do not obtain such certifications are not eligible for Tekstar Solutions’ job marketing services.

• It is the student’s responsibility to prepare for, register for, and pass these certification exams. Tekstar Solutions may provide guidance but does not guarantee certification results.

4. Student Responsibilities

• Ensure you have the required technology (computer, internet access, software) to participate in online or in-person training.

• Conduct yourself professionally and respectfully toward instructors and fellow students.

• Do not share course materials, recordings, or login credentials without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, recordings, and resources are the intellectual property of Tekstar Solutions and are provided for your personal, educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount of fees paid for the course in question.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost income, opportunities, or business outcomes.

• We do not guarantee job placement, salary outcomes, or specific career results.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our courses if you violate these Terms, misuse our materials, or engage in misconduct.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
